There are often employees in an organization who go without notice - not because of poor qualities, but often because they keep their head down and take care of their responsibilities without pretense. This month’s Star fits that description . . . working hard and continually learning new things. Please join in congratulating Dalia Ramirez, Loan Assistant at Tyler Med Center, on her selection as the June Star of the Month.
Dalia joined the Austin Bank team in 2010 as a Teller at Tyler Med Center before moving to work as a Customer Service Representative there in 2013. Continuously seeking new opportunities and expanding her work skills, she moved to work as a Loan Document Specialist in CLD in 2014. Her training and experience in this department helped prepare her for her newest position as a Loan Assistant back at the bustling Med Center location. “Dalia is a vital part of our team at Med Center and an asset to Austin Bank. She has exceptional customer service skills and a personality that makes people smile and trust her. She makes my life easier,” shares Elena Gomez, VP/Relationship Manger, Tyler Med Center. Taking great pride in her work, Dalia consistently seeks to help others. Her fellow employees describe her as having a great, positive attitude despite the circumstances around her and someone they can count on for help in a time of need. Customers appreciate Dalia’s calmness and gentle demeanor as many specifically ask for her when they come in the Bank. “Dalia makes customers feel welcomed every day. Her personality earns their trust and her knowledge allows her to assist them in many ways. She is an example of providing exceptional service,” comments Melany Perez, Loan Assistant, Tyler Cumberland Park.
A 2009 graduate of Chapel Hill High School, Dalia was in the top 10% of her class and attended Tyler Junior College. She now lives in Tyler with her pet Chihuahua, Leila. Dalia has a large family – three brothers and two sisters – and enjoys traveling to Florida, specifically Destin.
