Please join us in congratulating Dustin Beavers, AVP/Relationship Manager in Nacogdoches, as our July Star of the Month.
“Our customers love Dustin,” shares Nacogdoches Retail Office Manager, Teressa Karns. “He is always willing to help with any role in the Bank.” Joining the Austin Bank team in June 2015, Dustin brought with him eight years of previous banking experience in retail operations and management. Pulling from this knowledge, Dustin provides excellent assistance to his lending clients and is able to lend a hand to coworkers throughout the Bank whether it is behind the Teller line or in customer service.
With his positive attitude and contagious smile, Dustin provides a consistent boost in morale to the Nacogdoches office and all he comes in contact with. He proudly represents Austin Bank in various service projects throughout the community, and is not afraid to ask for the business, following through and making customers “feel at home” when they come into the Bank.
Dustin and his wife, Rashelle, live in Nacogdoches with their two children – Shelton and Raimey – and two dogs. Dustin is an active member of the community, serving as Treasurer for the Nacogdoches Jaycees, member of the Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce, umpire for little league baseball games and coach for youth basketball teams. Dustin is a graduate of Bullard High School and attended Tyler Junior College.
